What we do

What we run for agencies.

01

Quantitative data collection

Face-to-face (in-home, in-store, intercept and exit), telephone (CATI) and online (CAWI) surveys with your questionnaire, your quotas and your quality standards; dataset delivered in SPSS, Excel or your platform’s format.

02

Recruiting and qualitative fieldwork

Recruitment of consumers, professionals and business decision makers; in-person focus groups in viewing facilities in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and other cities, or online; bilingual moderators and simultaneous interpretation for your observers.

03

Mystery shopping and audits

Mystery visits, point-of-sale audits, price and promotion checks and catalog collection across the country, with evidence per visit and results in your template or ours.

How we work

How we do it.

We start from your specifications and build the field plan around them.

01 — Brief

We work from your specifications

You send the brief, the instrument and the quotas; we come back with a field plan, timing and a quote. We program and pilot your questionnaire before launch, and we flag anything that needs local adaptation.

02 — Fieldwork

Supervised, with evidence

Interviewers and shoppers trained per project; on-site and remote supervision; audio, geolocation and time stamps where applicable; back-checks on a percentage of interviews; progress reports at the cadence you set.

03 — Delivery

In your format, on time

Clean, documented datasets; field reports with quotas, incidents and back-check results; transcripts, recordings and photographs for qualitative and mystery work; a single English-speaking project manager from kickoff to close.
